How much is shipping?
We are not shipping yet but are working on it!
Do the pies need to be refrigerated?
Some pies do not need refrigeration but we highly recommend you doing so since California's climate can be warm at times! Just take them out about 1 hour before enjoying them! Room temp Giving Pies are the perfect temperature!
Do you accept same-day-orders?
Pre-ordering usually requires 36 hours. But depending on our workload and the quantity you are requesting, we might be able to accommodate. do not hesitate to call us at 408-475-0563 to inquire. You might be pleasantly surprised!
Can I choose my charity?
Not this year, but you can suggest a charity close to your heart to contribute to in the future.
Can I freeze my pies?
Most of our fruit pies freeze really well. Flash freeze them on a baking sheet and once frozen, place them in a freezer bag. Thaw them at room temperature for 2 to 3 hours. We do not recommend putting them in the oven, especially the crumble pies as the fruit moisture will make the topping soggy for a less than ideal eating experience!
Are the pies nut-free?
All pies with a crumble contains almonds. you can request for your pies to be nut free but note that our kitchen uses tree nuts on a daily basis and that despite all precautions taken, a risk of cross-contamination does exist.
Do you cater Corporate events or large gatherings?

What's your refund policy?
Unless we make a mistake on your order, all sales are final. If you need to cancel your order, you will receive store credit. Only weddings are granted special refund terms if the cancellation occurs 30 days prior to the event.
