F. A. Q.

How much is shipping?

We do not ship our pies as the state of California doesn't authorize  Class-A Cottage Food Operators to ship their products.

Do the pies need to be refrigerated?

No, the pies do not need to be refrigerated but if you will be holding them for more than 2 days, do refrigerate them.

Can I freeze my pies?

Most of our fruit pies freeze really well.   Flash freeze them on a baking sheet and once frozen, place them in a freezer bag. Thaw them at room temperature for 2 to 3 hours. You can eat them just like that or reheat them at 350° F for 15 minutes to get your crust crisp. You can also bake them frozen at 350°F for about 30 minutes for the same result. Time varies depending on your oven. Be sure to regularly check your pies!

How long does it take to make pies?

Depending on the quantity, since our pies are made to order, it takes a minimum of 2 hours for the pies to be ready. Large orders (10 pies or more) will require 48 hours pre-ordering.

Can I choose my charity?

Not this year, but you can suggest a charity close to your heart to contribute to in the future.

Are the pies nut-free?

Due to our signature crumble topping, all pies contains nuts except our Lemon Pie.

Do you cater Corporate events or large gatherings?

Yes, we do. Please use our contact form to request a quote.

What's your refund policy?

Unless we make a mistake on your order, all sales are final. If you need to cancel your order, you will receive store credit. Only weddings are granted special refund terms if the cancellation occurs 30 days prior to the event.
